Massage Therapy

Soft tissue pain can spread due to tight muscles of the surrounding areas.  Over time, inflamed muscles and fascia (together called myofascial) suffer poor circulation and can develop glue like adhesion which prevent muscles from lengthening. Painful trigger points can also develop, often referring tingling to other areas in the body.  

Registered massage therapist use a variety of techniques to release trigger points and improve circulation to the area. The result is less pain by reducing inflammation of affected joints and muscles.
